Obituary for Barbara Comeriato

Barbara Comeriato, 84, passed away on Dec. 22, 2017.
Barbara was born in Akron, to the late Clarence and Thelma (Sandy) Caruthers and lived in the Akron area most of her life. She was a faithful member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church and involved in their women's group. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, dancing and meeting with her high school friends.
In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her brothers, Charles and Robert Caruthers. She is survived by husband of 59 years, Frank Comeriato; children, Tina Shenot, John (Tammy) Comeriato, Teresa (Dennis) Ursetti and Susan (Brad) Nellis; 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Martha (Richard) Dennis; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, 10:00 am at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 300 E. Tallmadge Ave., Akron, with Father Joseph Warner, Celebrant. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at H B Moore Funeral Home (corner of N. Main St. and Mildred Ave.). Barbara's final resting place will be Holy Cross Cemetery.
